Fantasy Football Week 6

Another week, another loss.  Only this time the Bears lost as well, so no good on any front.  Still hope for the season?  On paper I still think I have the best roster in the league, just need the matchups to start swinging in my favor and stop going against people on their hot week (I have by far the most points scored against me in the league).

12th place.  Nowhere to go but up!

Humane Society Silicon Valley

Our team volunteered at the Humane Society Silicon Valley this week – what an amazing facility.  It’s not just a shelter, the facility also includes a medical center, doggie day care, grooming, not one but two dog parks, event space and more!

So much fun spending time with some of the dogs there, wish I was able to adopt one now, but definitely in a few years.

Fantasy Football Week 5

1-4 now, after a loss to my brother.  Sam Bradford was the incorrect pickup in place of Cutler, with 2 INTs, should have gone with Hill or Fitzpatrick, both of whom had 3 TDs.  Not that it would have helped, since John had the most points in the league this week.  Not my year for matchups…oh well, another Bears win!  I’m 1-4, they’re 4-1.
